Return

We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition received, unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Include the receipt or proof of purchase. Start a return by contacting us at support@ksicht.com. If accepted, we’ll provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

For exchanges, return the item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.

Lost Or Damaged Packages

The KSICHT team aims to ensure satisfaction with every order. If your product is damaged (e.g., cracked or broken), contact us at support@ksicht.com with information and photographic/video evidence for investigation. If the box or packaging is damaged, please send us a photo before opening it to help us assess your claim. While we package items securely, minimal dents/scuffing can occur during shipment. Note that it's normal for palettes to have some dusting around the pans, which is not considered damage.

Damages And Issues

Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For EU shipments, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days. Items must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging, including proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@ksicht.com.
